CVE-2026-1096 - Best-wp-google-map <= 2.1 - Authenticated (Contributor+) Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'latitude' Shortcode Attribute
CVE ID : CVE-2026-1096
Published : Feb. 14, 2026, 7:16 a.m. | 1 hour, 5 minutes ago
Description : The Best-wp-google-map plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'latitude' and 'longitudinal' parameters of the 'google_map_view' shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 2.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
Severity: 6.4 | MEDIUM
